Hours:
Friday July 18th 10 am-7 pm
Booth Includes:
10x10 space with one table
10x5 spaces will share a 10x10 space.
One 6 x 2.5 or 8 x 2.5 foot table as available.
2 chairs
There is NO pipe and drape provided.
Move-in:
Friday, July 17th 9 am-5 pm
Saturday July 18th 8 am-9:30 am
Doors open at 10 am on Saturday.
There are several access points for the Weave Shed. There are three entrances: East, South and West. If you are loading in on Friday, you may park in the Greylock Works parking lot. On Saturday, once you have unloaded, please move your car to the municipal parking lot before continuing to set up your space. All vendors must park in the municipal lots off Protection Avenue.
Move-out:
All vendors can begin breaking down their booth at 7 pm on Saturday.
You can pack up and move all your things to the edge of the building and go get your car.
Name Badges/Booth Workers/Registration:
Each vendor will be provided Vendor Pins for you and your booth workers, which must be displayed and identifiable to attendees.
Lighting and Wifi:
· Electricity:
Outlets are plenty but not always close to your booth. If you need electricity, please bring extra extension cords and power strips. Electricity access will be shared between booths.
· WIFI:
Vendors will all use the same designated wifi (separate from attendees). We have been assured that wifi is adequate. Please bring a hotspot just in case.
· Lighting:
The Weave Shed has loads of natural light. You are still encouraged to bring your own product lighting for your space.
Parking:
Vendors may park in the GreylockWORKS lot on Friday and the municipal lot off Protection Ave on Saturday
Sales Tax:
If you are from out of state, you will need to register as a temporary vendor in Mass. You will be applying for a temporary Certificate of Authority for July 18th. The COA link can be found in the Vendor Portal
It’s a pain but not too complicated. Yarn is considered material used to make clothing and can be exempt from sales tax in Mass.

The success of any event is driven by participants so any and all promotion is greatly appreciated. When you post about your participation, please tag us and hashtag so we can re-post.

What To Bring:
I know most of you are seasoned vendors but here’s a tool list we made that might be helpful:
Tablecloths (preferably neutral)
Gaffers Tape (no Duct Tape), painter’s tape
Cash Box/ Cash
Signage, Business cards (We have made branded signs for each booth so you do not need to bring signage unless you want to)
Water/Snacks
Lighting, Extension Cords/power strips, Extra light bulbs
Contractor Trash bags, Small trash can
Plastic packing wrap, bungees, Fishing line, re-usable Zip ties, Safety Pins, scissors, clothespins or binder clips
Paper towels, Hand sanitizer
Screw driver and drill
Pens, sharpies, small signs for product
POS: scanner, chargers, extra phone battery, ipad, CC swipe/tap, Calculator,
First Aid kit
Rules:
1. No exhibit furniture may be moved into or removed from the exhibit area during the event.
2. Please stay within the confines of your booth space.
3. Your brand signage must be contained inside your booth.
4. Vendors must maintain a good neighbor policy and not have loud music or other distracting media.
5. Electricity is shared between booths. Please bring power strips.
